A guide on how to register for EIBA 2019 (Read this BEFORE starting the registration process)
- NOTE: If you submitted a contribution to the conference, please use the same email you used in Conftool.
- Also remember to keep your receipt confirmation number should you want to “modify” your registration in the future.
If you are requiring an invitation letter for visa purposes please note that you must be registered for the conference before a formal visa letter can be issued that will satisfy the UK authorities. There is an informal invitation letter available from the Conftool system (under your user information) that can be used for requests for funding from your institution. If you cannot find this we can provide it. More information about UK Visa requirements is available here (and on the practical information page).

The following EIBA Conference fees include: opening plenary, welcome reception, plenary and parallel sessions, gala dinner and EIBA membership.

If Exhibitors are sponsoring any paid-in prize that is being given at the Gala Dinner then we will offer a free space at the Gala Dinner and Opening Reception.
Exhibitors will be recognized with information on the exhibitors page of the EIBA Programme plus on the Exhibitor section of the EIBA 2019 Website and App. Exhibitors should supply us with a short 100 word description of what they want in there plus any logos.
